1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Plasticos Lins website at plasticoslins.com and by placing orders with Plasticos Lins ("the Company," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Company Information

Plasticos Lins is a company registered in the Dominican Republic, with principal offices at Av. Caonabo No. 94, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional. Phone: +1 809-943-9047.

3. Products and Services

Plasticos Lins supplies plastic resins, sheets, profiles, industrial components, and processed plastic products. We also offer processing services including extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, and fabrication.

All product descriptions, specifications, and availability on this website are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice. Plasticos Lins reserves the right to modify product offerings, specifications, and pricing at any time.

4. Quotations and Orders

  • Quotations are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • All orders are subject to written confirmation by Plasticos Lins. A purchase order or signed quotation constitutes a binding commercial agreement.
  • Minimum order quantities apply to certain products and are specified at time of quotation.
  • Plasticos Lins reserves the right to decline any order without obligation to state a reason.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Dominican Pesos (DOP) or US Dollars (USD) as specified and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment terms are as agreed in writing per order. Standard terms for established accounts are net 30 days from invoice date.
  • Late payments are subject to interest at the rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
  • Plasticos Lins retains title to all goods until full payment is received.

6. Delivery

Delivery schedules are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a firm delivery date is agreed in writing. Plasticos Lins will not be liable for losses arising from delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including transportation disruptions, customs delays, or force majeure events.

Risk in goods transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed delivery point. The buyer is responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and notifying Plasticos Lins of any damage or shortfall within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Quality and Returns

Plasticos Lins warrants that products supplied will conform to the agreed specifications at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover defects caused by improper storage, handling, processing conditions, or uses outside the material's documented performance envelope.

Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization from Plasticos Lins. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Custom-processed goods are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is proven.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plasticos Lins' liability to any party shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific goods or services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

9. Website Use

The content of this website is for general information purposes only. While we endeavor to keep information accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties as to its completeness or accuracy. You use this website at your own risk.

Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional.

12. Changes to These Terms

Plasticos Lins reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
